He was predeceased by: his father Anthony J. Basilica. He is survived by: his mother Lorraine Basilica (DeMarco) of New London; his sons, Jacob Basilica (Lexie Manavas) of Preston and Nicolas Basilica of Oakdale; and his granddaughters, Belle and Lilly.
