He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. DeWick and Nathalie DeWick (Gesner); his wife Betty of West Haven; his son Richard H. DeWick II; and his siblings, Robert H. DeWick of Middlefield and Nathalie Monroe of Branford.
He is survived by: his children, Celeste Brooks (Ken) of Waterford, Ray DeWick (Chris) of Pawcatuck and Fred DeWick (Diane) of Oakdale. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
