He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Casey O'Neill (Michele Ridolfi O'Neill) of Colchester and Susan Racette Pryhocki-Smith (Stan Smith) of Waterford; his grandchildren, Hayden Smith and Ainsley Smith; his goddaughter Beth Sabilia; his cousin Rita Ouimet (Matt) of The Villages; his child Study; and his mother Diana.
