He is survived by: his wife Helen Brochu of Waterford; his children, Jon Provost of Waterford, Jane Nelson of Waterford, Denise Provost of Waterford, Pamela Stevens of Waterford and Paul Provost of Moosup; his grandchildren, Ashley Provost Kennedy of Jewett City and Monica Provost of New Britain; his brother Paul Provost (JoAnne); and his nephews, Jeff and Marc of East Lyme.
