He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Small and Alice Small; and his parents-in-law, Rafool Anthony and Zahia Antar Karam. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his stepfather George Kelso; his friend Ken; his children, Alicia Mari Small and Anthony Gerard (Ana Small); his grandchildren, Miguel and Bea Asuncion; and his sister-in-law Darlene Small. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
