He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alexander Zaharevich and Nora Zaharevich (Pietras); his sons, John Zaharevich and David Zaharevich; his stepchildren, James Woodhall of Groton, Robert Woodhall of Groton, Rickie Woodhall of Groton, Ronald Woodhall of New London and Theresa Woodhall Duross of New London; and his sister Rosalie Marcella of Windsor Locks. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
