It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet A. Carbaugh (New London, Connecticut), who passed away on August 10, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Thomas (Della Monica) and Alfred Thomas Sr.; and her siblings, Ginnie and Alfred Jr.. She is survived by: her friend Allie; her daughters, Danette Shell and Linda Bickford Gessay; her son-in-law Joe Shell of New London; her nieces and nephews, Donna, Guy Smith, Marsha, Charles, Linda Carol, Michael, Joey, Johanna, Ben, David, Parker, Pal III, Karen, Lisa, Russ, Brandye and Julie; and her brother-in-law Pal Parker Jr.. She is also survived by friends, relatives.
