He is survived by: his parents, William Santiago and Eleuteria Santiago; his grandparent Eneida Mendez; his wife Patricia Moreash Santiago; his sons, Dominic of New London, Matrix of New London and Aries Santiago of New London; and his brother Williams Santiago of New London. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
