She was predeceased by: her parents, Philomena Cappuccio and Buonoventuro Cappuccio; her significant other Jacob Hotsky; and her siblings, Connie, Dominick and Charles Cappuccio.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Cikatz (Ken) of Waterford and Jeffrey Hotsky (Cindy) of Waterford; and her grandchildren, Carey and Jacob Hotsky.
