He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Italian; his children, Cynthia Liggett of Niantic, Fred Serluca (Patricia) of Waterford, Thomas Serluca (Diane) of Waterford, Alfred Serluca of New London and Michael Serluca (Barbara) of Niantic; his sister Carmela O'Donnell of Mystic; his sisters-in-law, Margaret Serluca of Waterford and Helen Piscatella of Waterford; his grandchildren, Thomas, Jr., Angela, Gina, Tina, Michael, Jr. and Marc; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Nico, Thomas, Dominic, Tianna, Luca, Angelina, Makenna and Maxon; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor, Belle, Olivia and Javin; his wife Evangeline Serluca (Brachas); and his brother Anthony Serluca. He was also cherished by four nieces and four nephews.
