It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evangeline L. Cook (New London, Connecticut), who passed away on March 18, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleophas D. Cook and Vernice B. Cook of New London; and her daughter Sgt. Nicole Earle. She is survived by: her siblings, Charlene Cook of Groton and Dwight R. B. Cook of Baltimore, MD.. She is also survived by numerous cousins; nieces; nephews; great and great-great nieces and nephews.
