It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Chapman Sr. (New London, Connecticut), who passed away on December 23, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Chapman and Alice Goss Chapman; his wife Marjorie Hulbert; his siblings, Herbert Chapman Jr., Robert Chapman, Gary Chapman, Eleanor Hancock and Patricia Kerr; his stepgrandson Daniel Brailey; and his significant other Shirley Hancock of Waterford.
He is survived by: his son Donald Chapman Jr. (Lori); his grandchildren, Kyle and Mitchell Chapman of Waterford; his stepchildren, Robin Brailey of Gales Ferry and Scott Brailey (Robyn) of Fenton; his stepgrandchildren, Shauntee Chance-Duzant and Alyssa Bryan; his children, Jason Brailey, Joseph Hancock Sr (Kathy) of New London, Robert Hancock (Diane) of New London, Mary Ann Hancock of Worcester and Auto Body; and also, Abby, Joseph Jr and Chappie.
