She was predeceased by: her siblings, Nilsa and Tomas Perez. She is survived by: her spouse Luis Medina; her son Jorge Luis Medina (Edel); her grandsons, Juan Carlos Medina and Jorge Luis II; and her great grandchildren, Cody, Aubry and Alex.
