Scruggs; her daughters, Shonda Phillips and Kiana Scruggs; her grandchildren, Jalyn Scruggs and Anthony Scruggs-Phillips; and her sisters, Phyllis Almond, Charlene Eccleston and Deidre Eccleston. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family friends.
