He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin F. Burdick, Sr. and Jane Burdick Hickok; his brother William Burdick; his daughter Emily Burdick Monahan; his grandson Jacob Benjamin Monahan; his children, Elizabeth Burdick (Lloyd) of Waterford, Erin Mahony (William) of New London, Benjamin F. Burdick V (Kelly) of Plainfield, CT, Peter Burdick (Erica) of Cromwell and William Burdick (Chenoa) of West Bridgewater, VT; his siblings, Reid Burdick (Ann) of New London and Nancy Burdick of Waterford; his friend Stan Bowdish; his grandchildren, Nick, Drew Rasmussen, Daniel Scalera, Sarah, Abby, Sam Burdick, Will Mahony, Benjamin F. Burdick VI, Shane Burdick, Joben and Kinsley; and his wife Joanne Meehan. He was also cherished by many nieces & nephews.
