He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pasqualini and Nora Pasqualini. He is survived by: his wife Carol Anne Pasqualini (nee Sullivan); his sons, Barry Jr. (Lori) of Rowayton, CT, Martin John (Kathleen) of Boston, MA and Steven (Angela) of Burlington, CT; his grandchildren, Phillip, Sarah, Michael, Alyse and Ryan; his brothers-in-law, M. J. and Patrick Sullivan; his godson WilliamSullivan; and his sister Barbara McPherson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Joslin Diabetes Center, 1 Joslin Place, Boston, MA 02215.
