She is survived by: her sister Cecila (Lee); her children, Lisa Payne of New London, CT, Tracy A. Mitchell-Johnson (Sam) of Hampton, VA, Lisa Poirier of New London, CT and Peter Cardoza (Christine) of Norfolk, VA; and also Kennedy. She is also survived by grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren; great-great-grandson; and many well loved nieces and nephews.
