We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2020, at the age of 59, Winifred Phillips-Cue (New Haven, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Lavias Phillips; her father Charles Phillps Sr.; and her brother Steven Phillips. She is survived by: her mother Gladys Phillips Adams; her sons, Brandon Mack and Devin Cue; her grandchildren, Lavias Jr., Lavojanee, Josiah (Chase Phillips), Mahogany Goodson (Brielle Mack), Harmony, Noah (Lavias Phillips III) and Jade (Troy Goodson); and her siblings, Charles Phillips (Doreen), Sheila Tyson (Fred), Sandra Phillips and Michelle Phillips Sharif. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, countless cousins and friends.
