He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Angelica Quicksey (Tyler) and William James Quicksey III; his siblings, Gayle Quicksey-Wilder, Deborah Quicksey-Meade, Monique, Lakisha Quicksey and Franklin Quicksey (Betty); and his parents, Sylvia Ruth Blackwell Rowe and William James Quicksey Sr.. He was also cherished by 13 nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
