He is survived by: his wife Lillie Mae Barber Moye; his sons, Gregory Lewis of New Haven and Walter Moye, Jr. (PeeDee) of New Haven; his grandsons, John Turner, Jr., Anthony Moye of New Haven and Anthony Lamping, Jr. of Texas; his great grandchildren, Aviana Turner of New Haven and Neili Turner of New Haven; and his sister Agathe Bush of New Haven.
