Though Tia L. may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Tia L. touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her brother Kevin Randall. She is survived by: her parents, Lynn M. Waters and John Waters; and her siblings, William L. Waters, Lynn Walker, Kevin Waters, Reggie Waters, Monique Waters and Jonisha Waters. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Gotham City (84 Orange St, New Haven, CT 06510).
