It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tasha Teresa Massey of New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on March 4, 2025, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Tasha Teresa farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Tasha Teresa is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her parents, Joyce Allen and Michael Blackman; and her siblings, Michael Massey (Kenia), Quenette Johnson (Donovan), Lashanan Massey, Kuninsha Massey, Quatura Ogueri (Kenneth) and Tyrone Massey (Shavonna). She is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Ghost Deliverance #2 (15 Mead St, New Haven, CT 06511). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
