She was predeceased by: her husband George M. DeMartin; her parents, Pasquale Naccarato and Amelia Caputo Naccarato; her son George DeMartin (Gayle); her siblings, Rose Moreggi, Josephine Amico, Clara Leonardo, Marie Carbo, Eleanor Capelli, George "Pat" and Frank Naccarato; and her son-in-law Louis Proto.

She is survived by: her children, Teresa Proto (Ralph Pagliuca), Karen DeMartino (Michael), Rita Cooper (James) and John DeMartin; her grandchildren, Michelle Consiglio, Lori Kowaleski, Gina Forselius, Christopher DeMartin, Jenna, Michael DeMartino, Teresa and Christian Cooper; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Kameron, Christopher DeMartin, Charles "Chuck" Forselius, Juliana, Ralphie Consiglio, Alexander and Olivia Kowaleski.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Iovanne Funeral Home, Inc. (11 Wooster Pl, New Haven, CT 06511). A Mass was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bernadette Church (385 Townsend Ave, New Haven, CT 06512). A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the All Saints Cemetery (700 Middletown Ave, North Haven, CT 06473).
