He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen Hart Carlo; his son Anthony Robert Carlo; his parents, Ralph Raymond Carlo and Mary Carlo (Cicio); and his sister Lucille Havranek (Thomas Havranek).
He is survived by: his children, Ralph Carlo (Jennifer), Michael Carlo (Diane), John Carlo (Diane) and Lynn LaFogg; his granddaughters, Crystal Carlo, Alyssa McCormack and Sydney Carlo; and his brother Robert Carlo (Bridget).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or Giving Asha.org, honoring Ralph's legacy of compassion and commitment to helping others.
