He was predeceased by: his siblings, Caroline Sagnella, Loretta Esposito, Louise Esposito, Alphonse, Donato "Danny", Ralph and John Nazario; and his son-in-law Gregg Ceccarelli.
He is survived by: his wife Matilda "Tillie" Lucibello Nazario; his children, Anna Ceccarelli, Laura Pietrosimone (Michael), Peter Nazario, Jr. (Michelle) and John Nazario (Katie); his grandchildren, Dana Rizzo (Frank), Maria Carrasco (Edgar), Nicole Zurlis (Mark), Dante, Vincent Ceccarelli, Madeline Nazario and Peter Nazario III; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Anthony Rizzo, Carolina, Juliana Carrasco and Jaxxon Zurlis; and his caregivers, Carmen, Barbara and Monica.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Iovanne Funeral Home, Inc. (11 Wooster Pl, New Haven, CT 06511). A Mass was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Church (29 Wooster Pl, New Haven, CT 06511).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association 200 Executive Blvd S #4b, Southington, CT 06489 or a charity of one's choice.
