He was predeceased by: his father Paul Bruce Witherspoon Sr.; his grandmother Jane Marie Shepard-Blackmon; his aunts and uncles, Ida Jackson, Sandra Adams, Winston Blackmon, James Jackson and Willie Adams Jr.; and his cousin Paris Jamar Smith.
He is survived by: his mother Attley Frances Jackson of West Haven, CT; his children, Robinik Walton of Springfield, Ohio, Tymar Greene Sr. of Hamden, CT, Paul Witherspoon III of Hamden, CT and Hasan Witherspoon of Atlanta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Heaven Witherspoon and Tymar Greene Jr.; and his siblings, James Jackson (Kanayah) of Hamden, CT, Warren Jackson (Wendy) of Tampa, FL, Leonard Parks of New Haven, CT, Emmit Scott Jr. of New Haven, CT and Shakeera Mitchell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
