He was predeceased by: his father Edward Borelli of Branford. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Richetelli Borelli of Branford; his sister Kerry Healy (Sean) of Branford; his nephews, Sean, James Healy of Branford and Corianne Brennan of New Haven; his aunt Roberta DeCosta Lougal (Fred) of West Haven; his cousins, Ernest DeCosta (Angela), Amy DeCosta Meier (Chris) and Joseph Scirocco (Donna); and his godmother Lois "Nana" Tescione.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the W.'s. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home (244 N Main St, Branford, CT 06405). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Mary Church (731 Main St, Branford, CT 06405).
In lieu of flowers, donations of any type may be made to any homeless shelter or food pantry, something that was personally important to Michael.
