She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregory Lopes and Rose Robinson-Lopes; her sons, Stephen Sherrod and Keith Sherrod; her former husband Frank Sherrod; and her siblings, Anna Deboise, Catherine Lloyd, Helena Newton, Alberta Lester and Henry Lopes.
She is survived by: her children, Ramona Sherrod, Dennis Sherrod, Sharon Sherrod (King) and Frank Sherrod Jr. (Grace); and her grandchildren, Shabrell Sherrod, Felicia King, Jarrett Sherrod, Brandon King, Kaliah Sherrod and KeShawn Sherrod. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Colonial Funerals (86 Circular Ave, Hamden, CT 06514). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the same location.
