He is survived by: his parent LaTricia Perkins Fredlaw of Raphael's Hospital; his stepfather Terence Fredlaw; his siblings, Brittany Wardlaw and Douglas Wardlaw III; his grandmother Alice Taylor; and his uncle Brian Perkins. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.
