He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth Buchanan and Juanita Mims; and his aunt Thelma Lee Taylor. He is survived by: his parents, Theresa Mims (Frederick) and Grant; his son Kenneth Jr.; his grandmother Deborah Sampson; and his significant other Deborah Addo. He is also survived by 13 sisters, 9 brothers, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
