She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary A. Miller Caver (Thomas) and Samuel Caver Sr.; her brother Samuel Caver Jr.; her grandparents, Frank Morris (Naomi) and Alice Ogletree (James); her daughters, Tanisha and Danielle Caver; and her granddaughters, Jaylaree Dozier and Breona Johnson-Howard.
She is survived by: her husband Randy Jones; her children, Alisha and Alphonzo Howard; her siblings, Charlie Mae Rudolph, Patisia Jackson (Ray), Anthony Caver and Phyllis Armstrong; her nieces and nephews, Tomisha, Nicole, Lawanda, Keisha, Dashawn, Davon, Daquon, Samuel, Terell and Zapora; and her grandchildren, Alphonzo "Nore", Ziaer, Shaniqua, Teon, Tyasia, Johnae, Johni, Jonathan and Kelnieice.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Colonial Funerals (86 Circular Ave, Hamden, CT 06514). A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at the same location.
