It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juan Ramón Jiménez of New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on August 16, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Amado Jiménez Maldonado. He is survived by: his spouse Marangeli Santiago; his mother Amalia Maldonado of Jesús Cruz; his children, Janicemar Jiménez, Jadylex Rose Jiménez of New Haven, John (Jasmine Rojas) of Palm Bay, FL, Alexis Rivera and Dylan Jiménez of New Haven; his siblings, Yolanda Jiménez (Alberto Vázquez), Annabell Jiménez (Orlando Cruz), Abigail Jiménez (Miguel Figueroa) of New Haven, Marangelis Jiménez (Jorge Mercado) of Ft. Pierce, FL, Amado Jiménez Borrero of Pennsylvania, Amado Jiménez, Jr. (Itza Silva) of Ocala, FL and Ricardo Jiménez of Poncé; and his grandchildren, John Yadiel Jiménez, Janiel, Janelis and Elienay Jiménez. He is also survived by many loving niece, nephews, cousins and friends.
