It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jannetcy Cortes of New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jannetcy leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Schamill Villanueva, Jalexis, Jalitza, Naralee Lopez, Francisco M., Ivan L. and Ashley Cortes.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Porto Funeral Home (234 Foxon Rd, East Haven, CT 06513). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
