He was predeceased by: his spouse Trofimina "Mamie" Farace Gagliardi; his parents, Mario and Louise Antinora Gagliardi; and his great grandchild Matteo DeMusis. He is survived by: his daughters, Louise (Nicholas Murano) of Branford, Marla DeMusis (Frank Andrews) of Clinton and Julia (David Lavado) of Wallingford; his sibling Jessie Panagrosso (Mary Panagrosso) of Branford; his grandchildren, Angelo Murano (Stephanie), Annette Murano, Michael DeMusis, Anthony DeMusis (Autumn), Max DeMusis, Robert Lavado (Sara), Stephanie Lavado-Berghorn (Kevin), Todd Andrews, Ella, Cora, Carter Lavado, Freyja, Raffaele DeMusis and Victoria Murano; and his son-in-law Bill DeMusis of Branford.
