With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence E Hubbard (New Haven, Connecticut), who passed away on March 13, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Florence departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Florence. Though Florence may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her children, Allen Jr., Sterling Hubbard and Gertrude Hubbard; and her brothers, Walter, Morris, Ralph Morton and William Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Little of Hamden and Alice Hubbard of Raleigh; and her sisters, Juanita Morton of Hamden, Beatrice Morton of New Haven and Doreen Snipes (Jessie). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and other family and friends.
