She was predeceased by: her husband Giacomo "Jack" Izzo; her brothers, Salvatore, Charles and Eugene Carrozza; and her parents, Eugene Carrozza and Theresa Pascucelli Carrozza.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Culmo (late Louis), Dominick Izzo (Darla Mauro) and Gary Izzo (Kathy); her grandchildren, James, Salvatore (Taylor Choe), Gary and Dominique Fries (Austin); her great grandchildren, Colton and Bella; and her sister Theresa Gambardella (Anthony).
