He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Dorothy Parker, Jr.; and his brother Gary Frazier. He is survived by: his daughter Kurmeria Miles; and his brothers, Anthony Frazier and Joseph Parker (Angela). He is also survived by 5 grandsons; and a host of relatives and friends.
