She was predeceased by: her parents, Isidoro Santos and Nicomedes Rivera; and her brother José Bénitez. She is survived by: her children, Arlene Rodríguez (Juan Carlos) of York, PA, Marjorie Torres (Roberto Ballester) of Tamarac, FL, Edwin Torres (Mariely Rodríguez) and Jesús Torres of New Haven; and her siblings, Lillian Santos (Papo Rodríguez) of New Haven, Marta Santos of Peñuelas, PR, Ana Santos (Pedro Rivera) of Ponce, Vivian Santos of Utica, NY, Angel Bénitez, Edwin Santos, Gerardo Santos (Isabel) of Ponce and Pedro José Santos (Lorraine Báez) of Union City, NJ. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home (4 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
