As Carlos departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Carlos. Though Carlos may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his parents, Carlos Juan and Maria Santiago, Sr. (Márquez) of New Haven; his sons, Carlos Juan Santiago, III and Juelz Juan Santiago; his sister Melissa Santiago; and his niece Ry'Lee Melrose Deleon of New Haven. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
