She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Thomas and Dorothy Lee White; and her husband Danny Dixon. She is survived by: her children, Kenya Wynn (Rodney), Louis Dixon and Adam Dixon (Byanka); her brother Louis A. Cox (Leslie); her grandchildren, Christopher Dixon, Tyler, Kyra Wynn, Aaliya, Adam, Amir Dixon and Zyauna Highsmith; and her nieces, Emma and Sasha Cox.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the United House (100 Dixwell Ave, New Haven, CT 06511-3402). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (769 Ella T Grasso Blvd, New Haven, CT 06519).
