He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic DeFelice and Pauline Volino DeFelice; and his siblings, Nancy Sacco, Mary Palmieri, Raye Dallas, Pauline, Louis, Frank, Michael, Fred, Salvatore and Chick.

He is survived by: his friend Maureen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
