He was predeceased by: his parents, Junious Arnold and Ella Bell Leaks Arnold; his wife Jennie Arnold; and his siblings, Robert Arnold, Betty Leaks and Shirley Gaskins.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney Arnold of New Haven, CT, Bravell Arnold (Diane) of New Haven, CT, Jeanette Arnold of New Haven, CT, Desma Arnold of New Haven, CT and Alicia Nikiema of New Haven, CT; and his sisters, Carolyn James of South Carolina, Gwendolyn Bromell of South Carolina and Patricia Marks of Meriden, CT.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McClam Funeral Home Chapel (95 Dixwell Ave, New Haven, CT 06511). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
