She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Matthews and Mary Matthews; her husband Ray Talbot; her children, Patti Cella (Tom) of Manchester and Bill Talbot of New Hartford; and her grandchildren, Matt, Nikki and Jack Cella.
