Robert Walter Grande Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2025, Robert Walter Grande of New Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Robert Walter farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Robert Walter is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Gian Grande and Edna Grande (Taylor). He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Matthew and Susan; his brother David Grande; his sister-in-law Barbara Grande; and his nieces, Linnea Grande and Eve Grande.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Montano-Shea Funeral Home (5 Steele Rd, New Hartford, CT 06057).
