We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2024, at the age of 80, Lorraine Alma Pepper (New Hartford, Connecticut), born in Winsted, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Spencer and Shirley Spencer (Healy). She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Pepper; her children, Paul Pepper (Lynn) of South Windsor, James Pepper (Claire) of Torrington, Timothy Pepper (Joanna), David Pepper (Kim) and Celeste Clauson (George); her grandchildren, Lance, Luke, Hannah, Rebecca, Joshua, Josiah and Amanda; her great grandchild Liara; and her brother Douglas Spencer (Marsha) of New Hartford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the donor's choice.
