He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent D. O'Neil and Lillian F. O'Neil. He is survived by: his wife Paula M. O'Neil (Fuller); his children, Patrick O'Neil and Kerry Pearsall; his stepchildren, Brittney Boden and Michael Boden; and his siblings, Michael O'Neil (Peggy) and Erin Konrad (Ernest).
