He is survived by: his wife Sue Canfield (Murphy); his children, Kevin Canfield and Keri Cato; his grandchildren, Chelsea Palmer, Taryn Canfield, Paulmer Cato and Gia Canfield; his great grandchildren, Jack and Lily Palmer; his sister Patricia Phillips; and his half-brother Christian Canfield.
