He was predeceased by: his daughter Gretchen; and his parents, Roland Harper and Mildred Harper (McCormick). He is survived by: his wife JoAnne "JoJo" Harper (McAlister); his sister Jan Remmel of Anaheim California; and his children, Troy (Maria) of Washington, Kevin (Amanada) of Utah, Eric (Tina) of Utah, Jen of Utah and Jon (Shannon) of Utah. He is also survived by his 6 children, 20 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
