She is survived by: her husband Billy Applewhite; her son Slade William Applewhite; her parents, Andrea (Gary Gawrych) and Frank (Wendy Jersey); her sisters, Jennifer Jersey Murphy (Andrew) and Victoria Jersey Kramer (Stefan); her nieces and nephews, Maizey and Colton; and her grandparents, Catherine Gawrych and Neil Hanlon. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
