He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Battista and Ann Battista of North Haven, Connecticut.. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew and Drake (Carolyn); his grandson Trenton; his sister Roberta B. Battis of Jupiter; and his nephew Brian J. Battis (Sheryl) of Jupiter Florida.
